Phase 1: Preliminary Data Checks (Days 1–2)
We verify your business name, address, and phone number against your website and Google Business Profile. If any details don’t match, we’ll email you for confirmation before moving forward.
For aggregator submissions, we’ll also inform you of platform-specific rules and request your approval if adjustments are needed.
Phase 2: Submission (Days 3–7)
Once your business data is confirmed, we move into the Submission phase. During this stage, a ShineOnLocalMarketing citations agent will update or create listings on the directories you selected — typically within seven days of your campaign start.
Delays may occur if we’re waiting on your response to Phase 1 inconsistencies. You’ll receive an email once all submissions are complete, ensuring full transparency and personal attention throughout the process.
Phase 3: Quality Assurance (Day 14)
Around Day 14, a Senior Submission Manager will review each citation created or updated in your campaign. This extra layer ensures all listings are accurate and consistent across platforms.
If any issues are found, they’re corrected promptly. We also handle all email verification links during this phase, so there’s nothing you need to do.
Phase 4: Live Listing Review (Days 35 & 49)
Some directories publish listings immediately, while others take longer. That’s why we review your live listings twice — once around Day 35 and again at Day 49 — to ensure all submissions have gone live as expected.
